How to store my bread / what’s the shelf life?

Our bread is special, and demands to be treated as such! We don’t use any preservatives, so our bread is best kept in the fridge. To keep the integrity of the product and get the longest shelf time, wrap your loaf in a dish towel instead of storing in plastic or glass. It can sit in your fridge for about a week (maybe more!) or can be pre-sliced and frozen for up to 4 months.  

Is it certified GF?

Our bread is not certified GF. We do everything in our power to keep our customers safe by keeping a ridiculously clean working environment, wearing gloves, buying gluten-less ingredients and avoiding contamination. We bake in a community kitchen space to support other small businesses, so we can not guarantee a product that is 100% untouched by gluten.
 

Where do you source your ingredients?

We work with our friends in Eugene to bring you 100% organic ingredients, sourced primarily in Oregon and Colorado.

Is your bread Vegan?

Our bread contains raw local Oregon honey, and for that reason is not a vegan product. Our bread mix can be made vegan by using maple syrup rather than honey. We never under any circumstances use any other animal products, and bake in a completely vegan kitchen where only honey is allowed.
