Ground Breaking Bread is dedicated to making products with only organic, fresh ingredients. We make a bread mix that reflects the way that we personally want to eat - simply, kindly, fully.

Our Original Seed Bread Mix is an incredible way to make your own fresh bread every week. It’s made with 6 natural ingredients, and is extremely versatile and easy to make. Each slice of baked bread packs 7 grams of fiber and 8 grams of protein. This isn't your normal slice of bread… the kind that serves it's purpose as a vessel for your toppings. Ground Breaking Bread is hearty nutrition that should be added to everyones daily diet. My tribe of celiac, SIBO, gluten intolerant, picky-eating friends have been breaking this bread with me and loving every bite. (check out our blog for ideas on mixing up your bread or making pizza crust).  We ship across the US!

Certified Organic GF Oats, Organic Sunflower Seeds, Organic Pumpkin Seeds, Organic Flax Seeds, Organic Psyllium Seed Husks, Jacobsen Sea Salt

Loving your Freshly made bread:

Once you bake your loaf of bread we recommend you wrap it in a dish towel and store it in your fridge. Refrigerated bread stored properly will last 7- 10 days, maybe longer. You can also pre-slice your bread and freeze using parchment paper. Our mix is shelf stable for up to 1 year - store in a cool, dark place.

Our Original Seed Bread Mix ships across the US, flat rate priority mail. If you’re a local, enjoy the perks of $5 flat rate next day shipping in and around PDX.

We work very hard to make sure your product is as perfect as possible when it leaves our kitchen and ships to you. That being said, we are working with natural ingredients and use zero preservatives in our bread mix. Because of this, sometimes mother nature (or USPS) has other plans that are out of our control. We are not able to offer exchanges, refunds, or replacements for shipped products. If shipping locally in PDX, we work with a local business to ship and are not responsible once your stuff is in their hands.
