ABOUT Our BREAD

Ground Breaking Bread is made with natural ingredients. Each slice packs 7 grams of fiber and 8 grams of protein. This isn't your normal slice of bread - you know, the kind that serves it's purpose as a vessel for your toppings. Ground Breaking Bread is hearty nutrition that should be added to everyones daily diet. My tribe of celiac, SIBO, gluten intolerant, picky-eating friends have been breaking this bread with me and loving every bite.

Ingredients:

Certified Organic GF Oats, Organic Sunflower Seeds, Organic Pumpkin Seeds, Organic Flax Seeds, Organic Raw Local Oregon Honey, Organic Psyllium Seed Husks, Organic Sunflower Seed Oil, Water and Sea Salt.

Loving your loaf:

Once you receive your loaf we recommend you wrap it in a dish towel and store it in your fridge. Refrigerated bread stored properly will last 7- 10 days, maybe longer. You can also pre-slice your bread and freeze using parchment paper.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

BREAD ships in Portland, OR, Seattle, WA and surrounding areas (25 miles from city limits). Orders between 1 and 6 loaves have $5 flat rate shipping fee. BREAD MIX ships across the us via USPS.

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

We work very hard to make sure your loaf is as perfect as possible when it leaves our kitchen and ships to you. That being said, we are working with natural ingredients and use zero preservatives in our bread. Because of this, the bread is constantly changing and may vary each time you get it. We are not able to offer exchanges, refunds, or replacements. We work with a local business to ship and are not responsible once your bread is in their hands.
